We are an emergency food resource for people who are unable to feed themselves or their families due to financial difficulties or crisis.
St Andrew's Food Bank exists to help put food on the tables of those in desperate need. We operate as a food bank from our church hall every Thursday 1.30-2.30pm and offer bags of food, and also a warm welcome and a friendly face. Donations to the food bank are always gratefully received. (See Latest News for information about holiday closures and where you can make a donation.)
We give out an average of 15 bags a week, containing around 195 items in total. Our supplies often run low, so we are always grateful for donations of food. We also welcome donations of money with which we can purchase food and other necessities. A huge THANK YOU to all our regular contributors. We could not operate without you.

Who Can Use the FoodStore?
You do not need a voucher or referral letter.
If you are unable to put a hot meal on the table at least once in the week, then you may be eligible for support. We will support you for as long as needed; although we will review your circumstances between your 4th – 6th visits, to ensure that the people who need our help continue to get it.
Simply come to your nearest distribution point when it is open and; if possible, bring some proof of your identity.
